The actual amount of the refund depends on how much you paid with us and how much the certificate would cost elsewhere.

It is important that you have purchased and paid for a certificate with us to use this guarantee, and this purchase must not be canceled or revoked.

Example: You buy an infection protection instruction from us for 25 euros including VAT. After the purchase, you see a comparable instruction on another website for 10 euros. You then contact us, we review the cheaper offer, and refund you the difference of 15 euros.
